Document, context, path.

Four moves, in the order the decision happens.

Documents (contracts, proposals and amendments) connected to business impact across legal, sales and operations and to the decision path: approve, revise, block or escalate.

Four moves.

In the order the decision happens, not the order the software works.

01

First conversation

Forty-five minutes. You describe the decision that is stuck, who is involved and what criteria already exist. No document yet.

02

Document and context

A contract, proposal, amendment or negotiation, real, anonymized or authorized. Along with it: what is at stake, whether to sign, condition, renegotiate or escalate.

03

Grounding Test

The five questions applied to the material: what is fact, what is assumption, what is missing, what it could create and whether there is ground to move forward.

04

Advancement Map and routing

The organized reading, with attention points linked to their source in the document, impact by team and the suggested path for assessment.

What to bring.

A document

Real, anonymized or authorized by the contract owner.

The context

Negotiation stage, counterparty, approximate value and deadline.

The decision

What must be decided: sign, condition, renegotiate, escalate.

Who decides

Who holds authority over this decision in your company.

What you receive afterwards.

The written summary is what separates a demo from a promise. It records the real scope of what was analyzed and returns the list of what remains open.

Session summary

Document and version analyzed, scope covered and what was left out.

Open points

What could not be concluded with the information available.

Suggested path

Approve, revise, block or escalate, with the reasoning behind it.

Limits of the analysis

What the reading did not reach, and why. This is put in writing.

And the document you sent?

It remains your company's. Handling, retention and deletion are set out on the security page and in the contractual addendum.
